SPECIALISED TRAINING

SPECIALISED TRAINING AND CONTINUOUS PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Ongoing education is of utmost importance at Central Balance, therefore specialised training and Continuous Professional Development (CPD) activities, take place throughout the year, at the centre.

We also open up our doors to other qualified, health care, exercise practitioners and even those new to the field, which may be interested in developing and enhancing their knowledge and skills via the Central Balance Learning Programmes. These are seminars, lectures, tutorials, practical training, mentoring, as well as learning assessment processes, in various interesting, specialist areas.

Topics are delivered by experienced specialists in their field, qualified in the vocational education, of adult learners. We often collaborate with external assessors, who support and monitor our training courses, on site, as well as from a distance, in order to ensure the highest quality of learning and support, for our participants.

Learning Programmes are scheduled at various times throughout the year and arranged according to the requests and needs, of each individual cohort. Therefore, the participant’s learning experience may be adapted to personal and professional needs, varying in length and timelines, where possible.

Practical Mentoring and Support for Learners, is also offered as an additional service to the Central Balance Learning Programmes. This, means that practical learning during the center’s working hours, may be arranged for each learner, with the opportunity to observe, practice and assist in sessions, under the supervision of the Central Balance Practitioners, for learning purposes.

We maintain a low number of participants in each Learning Programme, in order to provide a satisfactory level of support for each learner individually.
